The high pressure ball valve has the function of rotating 90 degrees. Ball valves are mainly used to cut off, distribute and change the flow direction of media in pipelines. As long as it is rotated 90 degrees, it can be closed tightly with a small torque. Ball valves are suitable for on-off and shut-off valves, but recent developments are ball valves designed for throttling and flow control, such as V-type ball valves.

Application of high pressure ball valve:

High-pressure ball valves are mainly used in long-distance pipeline transportation of oil and natural gas and urban gas pipeline systems. Due to the unique characteristics of long-distance pipeline valves, their load-carrying capacity, force-bearing capacity, protection, weather resistance, long-term reliability, sealing and structural design of the pipeline are fully considered in the design. Suitable for 150-2500Lb class, long-distance pipelines and general industrial pipelines at working temperatures of 80°C-550°C. Especially considering the design protection and harsh environmental tolerance, it is suitable for water, oil, steam and other media.
