The working principle

Advantages

1. The flanged globe valve is a mandatory sealing valve, which has good sealing performance, small friction between the sealing surfaces and long service life.

3. When the opening height of the valve disc reaches 25%-30% of the nominal diameter, the flow rate reaches the maximum value, indicating that the valve is in a fully open state. The valve disc stroke of the flanged globe valve is small, and its working stroke is also small. The time required for opening and closing is short.

Disadvantages

1. The medium fluid resistance suitable for the flanged globe valve is large, and the pressure required for opening and closing is large.

2. The flow direction of the stop valve is always from top to bottom, so it is not suitable for media with particles, high viscosity and easy coking, otherwise it will easily cause blockage.

3. Poor adjustment performance.
